This is definitely not your typical pizza crust recipe.  I came up with this out of necessity when I had my in-home daycare. We alway had our cooking class on Friday and I knew I needed to be prepared.  However,  one Friday I had a child help me get the supplies ready and we noticed, uh oh, No pizza dough!  Oops, I forgot to buy it at the store. Time to start thinking fast.  I had seven kids really excited about getting to make pizza all looking up at me with anticipation.  This is when I got my idea to use my use my biscuit recipe as the crust.  It was a hit with the kids!  Phew got through that mess.  But as they say, ‘through struggle brings growth’ and it turned out I came up with a new recipe that everyone seems to love.  Works for me!
