What a great start to your morning with these blueberry muffins.  I know they always make me happy to have them as a treat in the morning. The muffins mix up in no time and with the addition of the Turbinado sugar sprinkle on top gives them extra sweetest and crunchy. Come and follow me along with the step-by-step pictures 🙂

Blueberry Muffins

Pre-Heat the oven to 350. Place baking cups in muffin pan

Add soften butter to flour and sugar in a medium size bowl.

Mix eggs in a small bowl

Blend in eggs to flour, butter, and sugarBlueberry Muffins

Keep mixing and add the salt, baking soda, half-half and vanilla

add 1/2 Tablespoon of four to blueberries and mix,

Fold in blueberries to the batter. Mixing carefully not to break the blueberries. Spoon the Blueberry muffins mixture into baking cups.

Sprinkle the Turbinado sugar on the tops of the blueberry Muffins.  Place in the oven.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Flour ( Plus ½ Tablespoon for blueberry)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Soften butter
  • 4 teaspoon Half-Half
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 6 oz box of Blueberries
  • 2 Tablespoon Turbinado sugar
