Now that makes me happy! I love to cook but some night I want something quick to make.

Time to start thinking fast.  I had seven kids really excited about getting to make pizza all looking up at me with anticipation.  This is when I got my idea to use my use my biscuit recipe as the crust.  It was a hit with the kids!  Phew got through that mess.  But as they say, ‘through struggle brings growth’ and it turned out I came up with a new recipe that everyone seems to love.  Works for me!
